Injury Prevention Rehabilitation
Injury prevention is an effort to prevent or reduce the severity of bodily injuries caused by external mechanisms, such as accidents, before they occur.
Includes corrective and restorative exercise, strength training, conditioning and cardiovascular training, sports specific techniques and drills, periodisation, nutritional advice, mental and psychological training, and constant and consistent accountability and monitoring by a qualified trainer.
Rather than booking hour-long sessions at the gym each week, online coaches can provide ongoing (and better!) support as you work toward your goals.
