Music + Working Out

One of the most important ways to feel comfortable in the gym is to be able to drown out all those around you, get into your grove and listen to some banging tunes!

When working out alone, music is one of the best ways to get and stay motivated through a workout and keep you pumped up feeling super good!

Music and working out sends endorphins through the body to make you feel good and cheerful. But how do you listen to your music?

Personally I’m a headphone guy, but occasionally a earphone guy if I’m doing something a bit more endurance or explosive (plyometric).

I’ve tried, used and broken many headphones/earphones over the years, not all are actually sweat/waterproof, or do the job of staying on your head unless you stay completely still.
